Exchanges & Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To request an exchange or return, please contact Makii at geral@makii.pt before sending any item.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must:
- be unused and unwashed;
- be in its original condition;
- have all original tags attached;
- be returned in its original packaging;
- be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Items that have been washed, worn, altered, damaged or returned without their original tags and packaging will not be accepted.
All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival.
Makii reserves the right to refuse an exchange or return if the above conditions are not met.
Please do not send any items without first contacting us, as unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions
We do not accept exchanges or returns for:
- personalised products;
- products altered by the customer;
- products that have been washed or used.
Exchange Policy
Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
Any replacement item supplied following an exchange is not eligible for further exchanges, unless required by applicable consumer law.
An exchange does not restart the original exchange or return period.
Makii reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns that do not comply with this policy.
