Exchanges and returns

If you’re not satisfied with your order, don’t worry, you have 14 days after receiving it to exchange or return it.

To exchange or return an item, the customer must contact Makii at [email address].
For the exchange or return to be accepted, the product must be in the same condition as it was received, i.e. with the original label, without damage or marks of use and in the original packaging.
The customer must also present proof of purchase.

We will not accept your items without first requesting a return.

 

Refunds

Upon receipt of the product, we will assess and inspect its condition and notify you whether or not the refund has been approved. Once approved, the refund will be made automatically via your original payment method. Remember that this process can take a while. If everything is in order, we will proceed with the exchange.

We do not refund shipping fees.

 

Exceptions

We do not accept exchanges or returns of personalised products or products that have been altered by the customer.
